A professional complex preserving the "Glynn Ice Company" facade and as much of the recognized exterior as possible, but making the inside professional condominiums for attorneys, counselors, accountants, insurance agents, a mortgage company, a marketing agency, and/or real estate office.

The property is extensive enough to expand to an additional building (built, of course, to compliment the existing structures). To the right of the main building is a structure well suited in size for a small conference or training venue. It is adequate to house a small stage and seating for a good size group of professionals by day and to serve as perhaps an amateur theater or small concert setting for the youth of the community by night.

An adult residential community, again preserving the "Glynn Ice Company" facade and exterior, but making the interior sixteen luxury living condos. Additional buildings could provide up to 24 total units. With Liberty Harbor underway and only blocks away, the revitalization of downtown historic Brunswick, the resurfacing and configuration of MLK Boulevard to include a separate bike path and sidewalk with street lights to give the area a new sense of community, a new middle school to be completed in December 2008. Mixed use is another possible dream. Retail downstairs and residential upstairs. Perhaps with an artsy flair and artist's studios in the mix. The structure mentioned earlier as an amateur theater or concert hall, could easily be a small gallery by day or sometimes night, and a theater for plays or youth concerts at night.
